The plot revolves around a down on her luck singer who discovers she has been overlooked by a duplicitous entertainment agent. She seeks bloody revenge and nearly gets away with it!

However, the true mystery of the movie is who employed Ruby in the first place? Her presence on screen is a delight for all to behold but her voice is another matter. With the advent of speakies and talking movies this gem is going to struggle as her voice is only good for cutting glass!
